IT-Integrator has implemented a comprehensive video surveillance system for the warehouses of the RUSH online store (EVA retail chain).
The project was implemented at the network’s distribution centre in Brovary. As part of the project, the company installed 240 Hikvision IP cameras to provide round-the-clock security for the facility.
The task of providing the object with a video surveillance system was faced by the network as part of a project to organize a platform for its own online store.
“We successfully implemented it in cooperation with IT-Integrator, whose specialists installed surveillance cameras and laid a structured cabling network. This is not our first experience of cooperation, so, as expected, the entire range of installation, start-up and commissioning works was completed efficiently and on time. Today, the system is working steadily. It not only helps us to control and ensure security at the facility, but also allows us to analyse and optimise various work processes,” comments Volodymyr Chornohor, Deputy Director of the Retail Security Department at EVA.
“For many years, our company has been systematically cooperating with the country’s largest retail chains and implementing various IT and engineering projects for them. And the area of video surveillance systems is one of our priorities, so we are very pleased that the implementation of this integrated system will allow the EVA network to ensure the security of such a promising area as online trading,” comments Nadiia Omelchenko, Vice President of IT-Integrator.
The project for the implementation of an integrated video surveillance system for the EVA network won the category “The largest project in the field of video surveillance systems” at this year’s conference “The best projects of video surveillance and SCS” organised by the specialised publication “Networks and Business”.
