Our service center provides a full range of IT infrastructure support services from the installation and configuration to hardware and software support with a warranty and a post-warranty service. Repair of PCs, laptops, servers and peripherals is performed by a certified specialists.

The Service Desk offer round-the-clock availability and provides the following features for handling customers’ requests:

  • When signing a service agreement, you are provided with a personal login / password for access to the Service Desk system.
  • In case of absence or impossibility to use a personal login / password, the following credentials are used:​
