IT-Integrator has signed a technical support contract with UniCredit Bank. Under the agreement the Bank is provided by services in the direction of customer interaction system.
As contact center platform UniCredit Bank uses Customer Interaction Center (CIC) from Interactive Intelligence (ININ). The platform is a unified system that integrates the various channels of interaction with customers as part of the same complex.
IT-Integrator is a certified ININ partner, thereby is able to solve all the tasks for system’s support quickly and with a high quality.
According to the contract “IT-Integrator” provides services, aimed at ensuring the continued operation and further development of ININ solution. Service contract also includes such services as elimination of the occured accidents, efficiency recovery within the SLA, agreed with the customer, providing consulting services as well as solution’s functionality development for the bank’s needs.
